Project Overview
Our factory successfully delivered two 32-ton QD type double-girder bridge cranes to a well-known automotive parts manufacturer in Vietnam. These equipment have been put into use in its newly-built intelligent factory in Haiphong City. The cranes mainly undertake core tasks such as large mold replacement, steel plate and coil material loading, and finished product assembly lifting. They are the key equipment for achieving the automation and flexibility upgrade of its production line.

Customer Requirements
1.Precise and Efficient Operation: The crane needed to meet the high-cycle requirements of automotive manufacturing processes, enabling rapid and precise positioning of molds and large components to reduce equipment changeover time.
2.Adaptation to Special Conditions: The workshop space was relatively compact. The crane required excellent operational stability, a relatively small headroom, and needed to tolerate mild airborne dust in the workshop.
3.High Reliability and Low Maintenance: Required low equipment failure rates, ease of routine maintenance, and long service life for core components to ensure continuous production.
4.Smart Connectivity: To integrate with the factory’s future MES system, the crane needed to provide data output interfaces for collecting operational status and energy consumption data.
5.Rapid Delivery and Installation: With tight construction timelines for the customer’s new factory, the total lead time from contract signing to installation completion was required to be within 14 weeks.

Our Solutions
1.Compact Optimized Design:
•Utilized computer FEA to optimize the main girder structure, ensuring the 32-ton load capacity and deflection standards while achieving a lightweight design, which provided greater vertical space in the workshop.
•The trolley and hoisting mechanism employed a compact, integrated design, reducing lateral space occupation.
2.Precision Drive and Control:
•Equipped both the bridge/trolley travel and hoisting mechanisms with imported brand variable frequency drive control systems, achieving smooth
acceleration, deceleration, and precise stopping, effectively preventing load sway.
•Offered an optional millimeter-level precision positioning function, assisted by laser distance measurement, to meet ultra-high precision requirements such as mold installation.
3.Enhanced Durability and Maintainability:
•Main sheaves and drums were made of alloy steel with special heat treatment. Wear-resistant, anti-fatigue steel wire rope was selected, significantly extending the service life of wear-prone parts.
•The electrical control cabinet had a clear layout, utilizing maintenance-free or long-life brand components for key parts, and featured a fault self-diagnosis display function.
4.End-to-End Project Management Service:
•Established a dedicated project team to coordinate design, procurement, production, and quality inspection, ensuring factory manufacturing and pre-assembly testing were completed within 12 weeks.
•Dispatched field engineers to guide installation and commissioning, and provided bilingual operation/maintenance manuals and on-site training to ensure the customer’s team could quickly become proficient.
